How to Update your Citizen Alert Information

After our recent water main break, many residents decided to sign up for Citizen Alert. If you have not yet registered for this free service, please go HERE.
If you registered but are not recieving notifications, or if your communication preferences have changed, follow these simple steps to upgrate your registration. If you have any difficulties, please contact the office and we can update your information manually or provide you with a paper copy of the form.
When updating your registration, please ensure you have provided your ADDRESS. While it is not mandatory for the service, it will help us target our messages geographically and avoid miscommunication about emergent situations that may only affect certain residents.
