In this Month of the Francophonie, we take a moment to celebrate what unites us, our language, our culture, and our common history. In Gravelbourg, Francophonie has been part of our identity for generations. It lives in our schools, our families, our institutions, and our traditions. It is carried by those who came before us, who built this community with pride, resilience, and a deep attachment to the French language. Today, we owe them a lot. Their commitment reminds us of the importance of preserving and promoting our heritage. But Francophonie is not only our past, it is also our future. It is a dynamic, inclusive force in constant evolution. It is now up to us to make it grow, to pass it on to the youth, and to continue creating spaces where it can thrive. Let us be proud of who we are. Let us continue to keep French alive here, at home, and to carry it even further.
