September 2026 UPDATES
Traffic & Access
- Sept 2 — Traffic accommodations switch to detour through Duprat.
- West entrance to Colledge remains open.
- Sept 10 — Colledge entrance switches to the east entrance, which will remain in place until sub‑base/base is installed to the end of Somerset.
Earthworks & Subgrade/Sub‑base
- Sept 2–10
- Excavation from Duprat to Colledge tie‑in for subgrade preparation.
- Excavation from 90 to Colledge tie‑in, continuing toward Magnum.
- By Sept 30 — Sub‑base installed to Somerset.
Water & Sewer Infrastructure
- Install pipe and connect services between Magnum and Somerset.
- Perform pressure testing, chlorination, and commissioning.
- Backfill 1 m above storm height.
- Install storm system.
- Connect new water main.
- Turn newly installed services on to each property.
- Remove temporary water and complete cleanup.
Paving
- Second week of October — Paving begins, targeting October 12.
