Road maintenance can be challenging at the best of times without the difficulty of maneuvering around trailers. Unhitched trailers create visibility and safety issues for drivers and pedestrians, particularly when paired with icy streets and sidewalks! In addition, snow drifts may form, which can affect traffic flow and neighbouring properties. 

Town administration has received several trailer complaints this season. Unhooked trailers parked on the street are subject to towing and impounding. All expenses associated with the towing and impounding are the sole responsibility of the owner.
